This is a huge and genunine thank you to Chris Biggs from the Farnham Office. Today I called, in a complete blind panic. My existing insurers had made a mistake and taken my rental property off of automatic renewal and, although their mistake, refused to re-cover the property due to an ongoing claim. Chris dealt with me kindly and with respect and arranged cover - after his working day had finished. I have never left a review before .... for anything and truly I am so grateful that Chris and this company were, not only, so professional but so kind as well. thank you

Friday and again today, 18 Oct 21, I had the pleasure to deal with a young lady by the name of Eilis. my request was unusual and complex. Eilis was extremely polite, cheerful and professional. On the Friday, Eilis called me back five minutes before finishing work, not phased by this she did not rush our conversation and she did not hang up until I was satisfied that everything was fine. Knowing that I would need to complete the transaction on the Saturday morning, before she left work she made sure that everything was in place to complete and it would then be less time consuming both for myself and the colleague that picked up my call, as Eilis was not working Saturday. I can not sing her praises enough. I am sure that with an attitude like hers she will succeed in whatever comes her way.

Had a home renewal come through the post which seem to be way off! Call the main office as I already have insurance in other areas and was dealt with immediately. Put straight through to Fraser McGreary, in the Home Insurance area, who went through everything with a fine tooth comb and found me a new policy only £10 more than last year with more cover!

I have renewed my van insurance today with Liz Holt in A plan insurance Tooting, I would like to say she was brilliant very helpful and professional as it was not a straight forward renewal. I recommend her highly to anyone that is thinking of taking out motor insurance.

I was contacted in plenty of time by the office about the renewal of my car insurance .Then a few days before the renewal date i was contacted again
