I have been with A Plan for a few years now yes I have been on line each year for cheaper but when talking to someone in A Plan they have always done their best to try and match it sometimes not quite but being with them so long for a few pounds between prices stayed with what I know never had an issue to take to them but I’m sure they would be there for me , found them to be helpful and polite

After going self-employed the stipulation of the company I am working for was to have public liability insurance. As the job I'm doing is quite a niche job in the audio-visual industry it was difficult to find cover. After a recommendation from a friend, I gave A-Plan a call. Birinder Bedi at Tooting who was my call advisor went above and beyond to find me cover, providing me with constant updates on how the search was going and providing me with every bit of information I needed. This sort of customer service is very rare these days and it was very much appreciated.
