I received the reminder that my car insurance was due for renewal, and telephoned the office I deal with in Exeter. The policy was renewed and the all the questions required were asked courteously and efficiently. To me, whether is for a claim or for a renewal, speaking with a person rather than a machine is worth a lot. Every time I phone A Plan in Worcester my call is answered and dealt with by a polite person. How can I not like them?
