My renewal premium this year was lower than the previous 12 months with, what appears to me to be the same level of cover. My contact with A-Plan was easy and I had no difficulties in discussing my needs with A-Plan's representative. The renewal was timely, and although questions were asked of me regarding insurance cover for other matters I did not feel the inquiry was at all pressurized.

I was very happy with the quote and the ease with which my car was insured .far easier than online and reassured by actually face to face advice.I haven’t used you before so can’t score on how a claim is dealt with ..hopefully I won’t need to find out. The office is local and accessible and no annoying 25 min waits on a phone or online forms which don’t go into enough detail
