As a deaf customer unable to conduct business by phone call, using email instead, I found it difficult to access renewal documentation from the company vault when instructed to do so. Receiving a security code to the mobile phone on which I was already inputting info was confusing to someone of limited computer literacy.

I have used A plan for several years now they have always been helpful and prompt in dealing with any queries, Josh sorted my last policy and is extremely helpful and put me at ease regarding a recent glass claim and got it sorted immediately. I would definitely recommend them for car insurance.
