They are very nice at A-Plan and perhaps worth 5 stars but why-oh-why do they, like all insurance businesses, make such a simple job so hard, long winded and time consuming?

I was advised to contact A Plan through a friend for my VW Crafter insurance and got a first class service from Joe. He was outstanding and got back to me as he promised promptly.
