The person I spoke to explained my new policy very clearly and went through the details making sure that I understood what he was telling me. He was patient and answered any questions I had. He had good customer service skills being kind and friendly with a sense of humour which put me at ease.

The insurance is very high as I'm 61year old and paying as much a 17 year old would pay also the years of loyalty that I have payed to a plan ,but charges me as much as 169 00 ever 4 weeks but being fare she was very helpful which was not her fault the fault of the company itself that charges such an excess amounts that is why I score the amount I have given

Great service. The agents at A-Plan are always very helpful & Knowledgeable & go the extra mile. I find it useful to have all mine & my partners policies ( car, house insurance, landlords ins etc ) with one company & I know that if I need to make a claim it will just take a phone call. Either that or call into the office where everyone is very friendly and it is nice to put a face to the voice. I have done this on occasion as I quite often have to pass. They remind me when policies are up for renewal and try & find the best deal for me. As a retired person I find this level of personal service very re-assuring.
