Brilliant service yet again from the Basingstoke branch of A-Plan - Cannot rate the guys Matthieu Chant and Karl highly enough. Every call was friendly and welcoming and both colleagues went over and above to help me understand the offers etc. I have some terrible customer service experiences so to speak to these guys and have such a pleasant and effective experience is a breath of fresh air.
I would highly recommend A-Plan for anyone that is thinking of anything to do with any form of insurance at the moment - i have been with Basingstoke branch for a number of years now and every call is of this high standard.

A Plan always get in touch in plenty of time to renew insurances. They always give me the best options for me to make a decision. No pressure is involved and if extras are not required they are simply not included in the policy. I would highly recommend as the staff are polite, courteous and well informed.

There is little to write. A-Plan has an effective system to remind clients of due dates; thereafter providing highly competitive quotes whilst giving sufficient time for seeking competitive terms and prices.
