I have always been confident in renewing my car insurance with A Plan. I have recently changed my car and the car insurance was changed easily over the phone. I then had a call to renew my yearly insurance where they had got a quote all ready. Everything was explained on detail. Brilliant service.

So good to actually be able to talk to human beings and not having to press option 2, then 5, then - well you know what I mean.
Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, they listen to you rather than ticking off a checklist of questions. My brother-in-law recommended them to me as all the usual TV promoted suspects were a nightmare to talk to.
Joe Williams at their Stratford On Avon branch was a pleasure to deal with, and tailored my needs and options in a way that was clear and concise.

It made a change to talk to a person at the end of the phone instead of having to deal online, for my car insurence.This broker was more than helpful and listened to my requirements.I have since been back and taken out another insurance.A very good firm that doesn't leave you hanging on the end of a phone and a firm that delivered what it promised.
