A plan have always offered a great service, reminding me when renewals are due and checking in by phone.
My only remarks are (1) a policy number / address isn’t usually included on the paperwork / reminders, which makes it difficult to know what the paperwork’s referring to.
(2) I do not know if other companies are contacted to achieve a ‘best price’

Excellent service. Really good advice, good cost of my insurance, good extras offered, for example, if the car is stolen or written off they will pay extra to the market value of the car. I took up this offer. Very efficient and polite staff. Will always use A-Plan in future. Totally recommend this company.

Just renewed my car insurance today through A-Plan. I have to say it was a reallly positive experience from start to finish. Got my renewal documents - pretty decent price - but as I had to change a few details, gave A-Plan a call.
Spoke with Hannah, who had been calling me for the past week or two, leaving friendly and polite messages about my renewal. And in the end she secured for me andeven better deal than my renewal quote reducing it - already very competitive by a further 15% or so! Result!
She was excellent at every stage and I just wanted to share a really positive (and successful!) experience in the dull old but very necessary world of car insurance!

On phoning the Andover branch, someone cheerful, helpful and professional answers, quickly. Courteous staff address me as Mrs, not by my first name, which I appreciate. Competitive quotes that give value for money from reputable insurers are produced quickly.A pleasure to deal with.
