Read some excellent online reviews about A-plan so decided to get quote from their local branch to see how they fared against the renewal from my previous insurer. When I went in the staff were prompt, polite, knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful... plus their quote - with the same underwriter/same policy inclusions - was nearly £80 cheaper! Accepted their cover and all documents were e-mailed to me the same day.
