I have renewed my car insurance at the A-Plan office in Ruislip for the past 3-4 years and have always received excellent service.
I chose to investigate A-Plan in the first place as so many parts of our life have gone totally online and lost all personal contact which as a single older woman, is very important to me.
All the staff I have encountered in the office greet me warmly and are extremely efficient in finding a suitable policy for me, producing the relevant paperwork and answering my questions helpfully. Exactly what I want!
