Today, I dealt with Hawk Caves, he was extremely polite & professional. I was very happy to be taken through the renewal of my car insurance. The premium decreased in price compared to last year, which was an unexpected bonus. I would recommend A-Plan insurance to anyone as they always have the customers interests in mind.

Good and precise in detail, telephone conversations very clear, documentation is clear. Was surprised at the increase in the policy renewal, however did get a modest reduction, not in the habit of shopping around if the price offered seems fair.
