As a company, we have been with A Plan Tooting since 2013. Their services have been excellent. Very helpful staff seriously genuine and always honest. We have several motor insurances, content and liability insurances with them. I have recommended them to many of our friends and business associates and would continue to do so.

Have been with what was John Lane and is now A plan insurance brokers, from way back in the 1980s, they have always dealt with any problems and saved me all the hard work of looking for car insurance and getting the car fixed when it was needed, can't fault them and will continue using them into the future.

I renewed house insurance today and spoke to Catherine Smith from the Tooting office she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Payment was made and I was very satisfied with the professional service I got and would recommend the Tooting branch as they are all very helpful

Tried them as I had a home quote last year which was high, but i liked service of Hereford branch. This time they came in Significantly cheaper and with a better policy than my existing. Young lady Meg I dealt with very friendly , polite and called back when she said she would. Excellent service. Happy customer.

Very friendly and knowledgable member of staff supporting my enquiries with caravan insurance. This was the first time for us to insure our caravan. We use Aplan for our cars, home & buildings insurance. They give us the best price after bartering and we have been customers for many years. They give us an extra discount for having multiple insurance with them.
