I've used A Plan for many years. Initially because it was a local building I could walk into to sort out my car insurance. Over the years of course, I can do all conversations and payments over the phone but still appreciate there being a shop to visit should there ever be need to. Excellent customer service, polite, informative and always happy to answer my naive questions! I now use them for four different insurance requirements and don't look elsewhere.
