We have always found A-Plan efficient, friendly, reliable and knowledgable. We are not technophobes but feel insurance is too important to risk ticking a tiny box in error i.e. opting out of accidentally or including something unnecessary. Fortunately we haven’t had to make an insurance claim but, if we do, we know we’ll get straight through on the phone to a human!

We completed on our house purchase today and realised that we needed house insurance cover on the new property. Went into the A Plan office in Lichfield and was dealt with by Matthew Keay. Wow what an excellent service, professional, friendly and very competitive. His colleague Ashley Sellars was equally friendly and professional and steered us towards professional contractors within Lichfield for our house rebuild/ refurbishment plans. Many thanks for your help today , you made an otherwise stressful day easy!!
