A-Plan is a very visible and well-established High Street presence, its reassuring professionalism being on public display. Staff are knowledgeable, honest and outgoing. I spoke with Matthieu today regarding an issue that he had no obligation to help me with but he broke down the considerations, backed by his specialist knowledge and helped inform the decision I had to make regarding a claim. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Client focussed. I have been with the Bath office for over 12 years now and there may be more cheaper insurers but I trust their judgement and professionalism. Nothing seems too much trouble.
Also all the team can deal with your call as they must have a clear concise note keeping in your record.
