I received the reminder that my car insurance was due for renewal, and telephoned the office I deal with in Exeter. The policy was renewed and the all the questions required were asked courteously and efficiently. It was a simple straightforward process and I feel confident I have a good deal and received friendly, informative service - just I have grown to expect from A-Plan Insurance

To me, whether is for a claim or for a renewal, speaking with a person rather than a machine is worth a lot. Every time I phone A Plan in Worcester my call is answered and dealt with by a polite person. How can I not like them?

So easy to renew both campervan and car insurance, (don't have to shop around for separate insurers). Insurance rates are within medium range, not the cheapest or the highest. Staff very friendly and find the best deals to give you the cover you want.
