Saved my day! I was trying to sort unoccupied property insurance for an elderly relative temporarily in care following a fall. Having been left completely high and dry by his existing insurers/ brokers who had been appalling to deal with, I had tried a few other brokers without success before I found A Plan. Chris in the Farnham office was great. Insurance tailored to your needs where they discuss the cover with you and the insurer and understand the risks. Such a relief and a refreshing change from the ‘computer says no’ approach, and having someone who actually calls back when they say they will.

A Plan Insurance was recommended to me by a friend, I called in and was politely met. He introduced himself and proceeded to ask what I needed. He went through some options and made a recommendation. After consideration I retuned to the office and again was politely met. We did the business.
