I generally find A plan and those who I speak to on the phone very helpful and efficient. However on this occasion renewing my car insurance during December was in itself fairly straight forward but I received another 3 call after this telling me that my car insurance was up for renewal. Despite this completed previously and on one of the phone calls telling the person at A plan that I had already done so and that your system obviously is unable to communicate to other staff. All rather frustrating from my persepective.

A.Plan rang me to remind me my house insurance was due which was a good thing as I needed to be reminded they went though detail to check they were all correct the cost was a little more just a few pound so renewed.
