Phoned to purchase Van Insurance. From start to finish the staff have been polite and helpful. The last phonecall was to say I was struggling to get a copy of no claims bonus, I spoke to Samual Wainwright who tried to talk me through taking a photo and sending an email, he then took the previous policy details and within an hour I had another call from someone else to say they had confirmed the details with my previous insurer. It was just great not to have to use a computer and just be able to talk to someone. Thank you

The lady I spoke to listened to my requirements, was not pushy to sell me insurance was Polite and knowledgeable, They saved me a lot of time in searching and comparing prices it would off been worth paying a little extra just for that as it goes the price was not any higher and good value,

We gave A-plan a call as we had been advised to give them a call and speak to Tom Howland for our car insurance! I am so pleased we did as Tom was really helpful and confident in sorting the policy for us. I would certainly highly recommend them and will certainly use again.

I renewed my car insurance and spoke to Jemel Thompson at tooting branch.all good and only reason not 5 stars was
1.Jemel promised to call me on the Monday but forgot.TBF he did apologise
2.Despite being a loyal customer for 15 years and having my van and home insurance with you you didn’t price match which was disappointing.It was only £15 difference but thought loyalty might count for something
