As ever excellent service from Yvonne at Parkstone branch . Real sailors who understand boats and always very helpful. A- plan has insured my last 3 boats and changes to boats, locations etc are always quickly and efficiently handled . Great service from a team with real interest in boating .

This review relates to Aplan Banbury and in particular Sharon in the Claims Department. I had quite an issue having a broken windscreen replaced. I contacted Sharon who took ownership of the complaint until it was successfully resolved. I cannot thank her enough for her tenacity in dealing with the issue. She is without doubt a credit to Aplan.
