I have know got three insurance policies with A Plan. I have had a Building and contents for a number of years now with A Plan and 2 vehicle insurances. I find there quotes are very competitive with every one else's. And they always give me a 1st class service from day one up to today. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. Just over the last couple of years I have dealt with a gentleman called Darren Mcgunnies. He as been excellent in is service

A-Plan are always easy to deal with, proactive about how they approach their clients needs and willing to find a solution, I have no hesitation in recommending them for your insurance needs - touch wood I have not had to claim, based on how they manage the sales process I presume the claim experience will be just as good

The Best of both worlds
The ability to go into a branch or telephone and ask questions that no online bot or chat programme could deal with is why I have renewed again with A plan, plus the fact that they are competitive and comprehensive in cover in a market where costs are rising is a winner and so easy to access all my documents in the online vault its the best of both worlds , technology and a real person to talk to, only downside you have to contact one specific branch in Farnham if you want travel insurance thats a shame hence minus 1 star. would have been 5 star .My review is almost identical to last year so consistency of service with just that minor niggle this year.

Ive had a police with Aplan for a while and needed to take out a new one for a employee. wasn't the easiest but I had every confidence in my guy "Reece Robinson"
