With some care and attention in addition to my market research I checked and questioned other possible insurers to clarify actual wording's and meaning's in their T&C's. Overall "A Plan" made the best all-round offer. Which I accepted.

When I was called, initially, to renew my house insurance, the adviser gave me incorrect information, which I was, eventually, able to resolve with the help of a more senior adviser. I find this situation very worrying because clients can easily be finding they are not adequately insured.
