A-Plan in Alton, are the best. I am very hard customer to please, but I have got to take my hat off to excellent service what I receive it and take the time to write a review. I had two eMountain Bikes stolen recently. A-plan liaised with my insurers Aviva - who were also excellent - and they settled a significant claim (>£10k) within days. I never give a 10/10 rating. But in this case I have to give A-Plan 11/10 - exceeded my high expectations - highly recommended. A-Plan are the best.

Effortless claims processing for an item lost whilst traveling overseas. All I had to do was email a receipt and some correspondence, and my successful claim was confirmed the following day. No forms necessary. Really impressive service.
