Recently renewed a policy with A-Plan. They are very professional in their approach to customers and in their expertise with regard to the policies they recommend. We have numerous policies with them (both for home and work) and would not consider using anyone else.

The call was answered promptly and the person I spoke to (sorry forgot his name!) advised me of all the options etc, at the end of the call the premium came out around£30 cheaper than my renewal quote, happy days and I'll use them again!

For years I've used price comparison web sites and bought car insurance on line. Having recently changed my car, I found that my previous Insurers weren't as helpful as I would have liked. As A-Plan Insurance has an office local to my home,I thought I'd pop in and have a face to face chat as I had several questions that I needed answering. Ended up taking my car insurance with them. Didn't bother getting quotes from others. Recommend.

I have been very happy with the service I received from A-Plan and have renewed my car policies with them again this year. I prefer talking to real people than fighting my way through online sites. However I always check for competitive quotes and A-Plan have always been there or thereabouts.
This would be a 5 star review if they offered maybe two or three alternatives and explained the differences, they only seem to offer what they consider to be the best value, which I guess keeps it simple at least.

I always have the best experience with aplan, unfortunately the prices were not as competitive as Adrian flux this time round. Aplan have always been honest and upfront in my experience, it is a real shame I have to go with AF due to their business/marketing practices and poor customer experience.
Dealing with the aplan customer services is always a treat, they had a half finished quote of mine from 2019 and I immediately recalled the conversation due to the frankness of their call agent.
Adrian Flux on the other hand, offer you an upsell, you decline, then immediately offers you the same upsell again (repeat this for all of their addons). Calling three times in a morning to chase a quote etc.
