A-plan staff always take time to explain the options available and what is/is not covered by different insurance companies and to spell out the costs involved in both yearly/monthly Premiums plus any excess payments required. They always take time to answer questions. This allows me to make my decision with confidence.
Also I appreciate the way paper copies are made available.
Choosing insurance through A-Plan means I only have to phone should a problem arise - whether an emergency or not. This removes much of the anxiety (for instance) around a break-in or storm damage etc. and is a big plus for me.
