The breakdown policy had no clear, separate, titled front page that distinguished it as the main Insurance Policy did and I would find such a clear front page really helpful, together with phone details on who to contact in the event of breakdown.

The staff at A-Plan's Maidstone office are always very helpful and easy to deal with. Fortunately I have never had to make a claim on any insurance policies that I have with A-Plan but I feel confident that they would be as helpful as possible in the event that I do make a claim.
