A plan were very helpful when I first insured an empty property during renovations back in September 2020. Subsequent renewals every 6 months were always dealt with quickly and easily. Most recently Lovelyne amended my landlord policy very effectively to an occupied property.
I also insure my camper van with them, which is why I used them again.

It was disappointng after a thorough discussion re my car insurance when I was promised a phone reminder - not to get any such thing. I remembered at the last minute to ring you & confirm my acceptance of your figure for re-insuring - but you didn't contact me! I now know it was to do with your employee's problems with her computer - but even so- surely she had an obliging colleague? I'd give 4 - 5 stars usually, as your staff are polite, cheerful and always seem to be able to access my file quickly -I'm sure you understand why it's only a measly 3 - I could so easily have been left with an insured car - and that was worrying.

Josh was a very polite, genuine young man. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I would say as a company you are very lucky to have him! So many companies these days give their staff a written text which usually starts with “how are you today?” At which point I stop them and put the phone down! I was an assistant store manager for house of Fraser many many years ago. We believed in giving our customers the best possible shopping experience. If they had stayed with that they wouldn’t be in the mess they are now. Well done for keeping the old values!! 👏

Someone recommended A Plan so I rang them to see what they could offer. They were polite, patient and offered what I wanted although it was more expensive than existing, they were then able to find a policy that covered what I wanted at a better price.
