I wanted to make some modifications to my Boxster GTS and made contact with A plan after a recommendation through a Porsche Group on Facebook. I dealt with Natalie Bennett-Nutt. Have been with A plan for a couple of years and was recommended to them via my trade union. I have had very good and professional service for the two vehicles that I insure. I like the personal touch that A plan provide regarding my quotes, policies and any queries that I have. If they say they will ring back they do, if I leave a message they always get back to you. This is quality customer service and this is what I like.

In this era of technology, it is good to know that there is still a service provided where a human actually answers the phone after just a few rings....yes a human and yes a few rings with no waiting.
A Plan quotes may not always be as low as online, but A Plan always get a good quote with better benefits and easy of contact definitely outweighs the increase in premium.
A very professional service has always been provided and to have an actual walk in (not Covid related!!!!) office is Cheltenham is a great benefit.
Keep up the personal service.....which is becoming very rare!!!!!
