I have always found A-Plan insurance friendly, helpful and informative with the choices when researching/ taking out policies with them. They don't use aggression nor do they pester you they just inform and you friendly persuasion and accept that they cannot win every time.

We were contacted prior to renewal of our Motorhome insurance and given a recommended course of action. We were happy with the proposal and the cost so we quickly completed the renewal process and received all necessary documentation electronically. We have 2 vehicles insured with A-Plan plus our home insurance. We have been a client for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with the service provided.
