.I phoned on the first morning of the December 2021 Work From Home and was very pleasantly surprised and pleased that the answering response was almost immediate. The lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the type of policy I required for my mobile home located in the South West of France. Very impressive, professional and friendly conversation. I proceeded with the quotation the same afternoon and the documents arrived by email the following morning.
