A-plan now have our house insurance and car insurance. They have always been able the cover we needed at a price competitive or better than previous quotes. What I have most liked with them is that they are easy to contact and if they say they will phone back they do. Good service.

Recently used in A plan in Staines and cannot recommend them enough, we dealt with Warren who from the start was great to deal with, I was purchasing car insurance on a new vehicle and it was not a straight forward process due to my wife having a previous motor convictions and both of us having no claims due to being company car drivers previously.
Warren took the time to talk me through the process, he definitely knows his stuff and after a few days of doing the leg work came back with a good deal for us and a better value than I was sourcing via all the comparison sites, saving us about £200 overall.

I received brilliant service at the time arranged and a lot cheaper than my current service supplier (who are now my previous service supplier). Special mention should go to William Sturges who was amazing with explaining all the insurance details.

We have just completed the purchase of a flat in Poole. I chose A-Plan after looking at the websites of various insurance brokers who covered both the local area and a wide range of risks, including property, cars and boats. Lauren responded quickly and professionally to my initial email and subsequent follow-up questions - and worked out the right solution for our particular situation. This feels like a genuine long-term solution: one relationship to deal with multiple potential problems.

Excellent service as always from the Lichfield branch! I called the branch asking for a home insurance policy and spoke with Matt. Matt has been so helpful and nothing has been too much trouble.
