We have found APlan to be very competitive price wise, dealing with top insurers whether it be as in our case, vehicles and home. I hated having to sort out insurance…. so many different comparison sites to use and worrying that I’d answered a question incorrectly that would invalidate my insurance and then I used A-Plan Insurance. A-Plan are always polite and helpful. They get straight to the point as far as rules allow.
I like to think I'm getting a good renewal price without having to shop round every year for an improved quote,which is a big hassle.
There is always someone who'll give an introductory offer, like A-Plan last year. But now I'm on full price I guess!
But the process is fine and the contact, Catherine Smith was very helpful.
