We have used A Plan for a few years now and they are always helpful and fairly priced. They always give plenty of warning when renewal time comes. The real plus is that they have a local office, so you can be sure of talking to the same person.

I believe their representative went the extra mile to ensure we had the right product this time. Probably due to staffing issues with Covid, I think my earlier advice for home insurance did not think through my scenario (also caused by Covid) as thoroughly, so I ended up paying more than was necessary, which this amendment corrected.

It’s a few weeks ago since I renewed but from memory the staff I spoke to were polite, pleasant, easy to understand and converse with. When I asked questions they knew exactly what I meant and could answer all questions. It’s the same procedure each year so I never mind speaking to them and quite often it’s the same people which is very rare these days!
