Guys answered the phone quickly. Most important to me. I resent waiting for the privilege of spending my money. Chap I spoke with had a "normality" divorced from the usual corporate sphiel. Informative, helpful and humourous. Got me a good quote and was a pleasure to deal with. Subsequent back up communication was equally very good. Ten out of ten.

As usual a very good service contacted before renewal and given quotes for my renewal. And then checking if I wanted any extras to policy and explained the cost all through the quote. Very good professional company takes the hassle out of renewing my policy.
