The young man who dealt with my insurance cover was extremely patient and not at all patronising, which I might add is rare today when you are an older person not 100% technologically adept. I requested he contact me in 2022 April to negotiate my car insurance, I was that impressed. My neighbour recommended your company and I now understand why. Thank you.

My contents insurance renewal seemed really high compared to on line comparison sites so I queried it with A Plan. After some tweaking here and there they were able to offer a much more competitive price which I agreed to. I have been with A Plan for many years for house, contents and car cover. I was burgled once and one phone call to them was all I had to make. They dealt totally with my claim in a most satisfactory manner.

It is really nice in this day and age of on-line this and on-line that, that with A Plan you can actually deal with a real person. There’s no waiting on the phone ‘forever’ before somebody answers the phone either. They seem to have a very good set up that others could learn from.

I like the fact that I do not have to wait in a long queue with automated messages and actually speak to a person quickly. The people I speak to are always polite, pleasant and helpful. I'm sure I could shop around to find slightly cheaper insurance but I am vey happy to let A plan do the work for me.

I had been considering cancelling my renewal as British Gas were offering a discount for customers. However, after contacting A Plan, I was offered an extremely competitive rate with extra cover. As they are so easy to contact and always so helpful, it was a no brainer and I have renewed for another year
