I honestly don’t think there is enough space to begin to explain how genuinely delighted I am to have found Reece Robinson @ Tooting. The insurance company I have been with for years were unable to help me with what I thought was an easy request - but actually it turned out to be a complex issue that needed specialist help. Reece understood the issue, understood my dilemma and then went out of his way to find a broker that would insure me. I am so grateful for the time he took to help and find cover for me - he was patient, helpful and a great communicator at all times during the process and managed to find me a policy that worked despite all of the issues that I had!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I wanted to find a cheaper car insurance and visited the office of A-Plan in Swindon to make enquiries. The staff were extremely helpful. Explained everything fully, didn't pressurise me and were unhurried dealing with all my questions. Today, I dealt with Hawk Caves, he was extremely polite & professional. I was very happy to be taken through the renewal of my car insurance.
