Tried them as I had a home quote last year which was high, but i liked service of Hereford branch. This time they came in Significantly cheaper and with a better policy than my existing. Very friendly and knowledgable member of staff supporting my enquiries with caravan insurance. This was the first time for us to insure our caravan. We use Aplan for our cars, home & buildings insurance. They give us the best price after bartering and we have been customers for many years. They give us an extra discount for having multiple insurance with them.

I chose to investigate A-Plan in the first place as so many parts of our life have gone totally online and lost all personal contact which as a single older woman, is very important to me.
All the staff I have encountered in the office greet me warmly and are extremely efficient in finding a suitable policy for me, producing the relevant paperwork and answering my questions helpfully. Exactly what I want!
