It all seems to have gone fine. I do find that the barrage of details required over the phone a bit daunting but Ashley did well. The paperwork arrived as requested. I am new to your business having been with Lloyd Vine for a number of years and therefore naturally wary.

I needed to get my son, who lives and works in the Czech Republic, insured to drive my car everytime he comes home. Since Brexit he has had to change his UK driving licence to Czech licence meaning that when he is in UK and needs to hire a car the rate is phenomenonially high.
Liz Holt in the Tooting office of APlan was able to find an insurer who would take the risk. At more than twice what I normally pay, but the difference is less than hiring a car for a couple of day.

Yesterday we received a call from Nicola at A Plan Tooting. During this call she noticed our insurance renewal was due soon and offered to go through this with us. Nicola went above and beyond to help us achieve a very good price. Lovely lady to speak to, very professional with a great sense of humour which made the whole process more enjoyable.
