I've always found A-Plan to be helpful and courteous. I like the fact that they have an office in town I can visit, and at times I can't (such as the recent pandemic) they have been available on the phone. Unlike some other insurance companies, they feel 'local' rather than remote.

The insurance advisors are very helpful, friendly and provide an excellent service, always trying their best to get a great deal for customers. They take their time to explain everything a policy includes and point out important details to make sure it is the right policy for me as a customer.
Just before renewal an advisor calls to provide a a quote, without being pushy to sell, which as a customer, I feel is very important.
