I've been with A-Plan for a number of years, must say, the BEST insurance company to deal with, they've paid out twice, with no quibbles. Had pleasure today, dealing with James Hudson, a very helpful and courteous young man, who went out of his way to collate options for me and break down the explanation to me, thank you!

A Plan assisted me with my renewal for car insurance, I have used them before. I was looking for an acceptable price for my insurance, which included some foreign travel etc.
After some discussion they came up with a good policy at a reasonable price, which I have accepted.

Following early renewal, I did receive a couple of further E-mails advising that the policy was about to expire, notwithstanding the new premium had been taken. Better safe than sorry.

We have always found A-Plan efficient, friendly, reliable and knowledgable. We are not technophobes but feel insurance is too important to risk ticking a tiny box in error i.e. opting out of accidentally or including something unnecessary. Fortunately we haven’t had to make an insurance claim but, if we do, we know we’ll get straight through on the phone to a human!

We completed on our house purchase today and realised that we needed house insurance cover on the new property. Went into the A Plan office in Lichfield and was dealt with by Matthew Keay. Wow what an excellent service, professional, friendly and very competitive. His colleague Ashley Sellars was equally friendly and professional and steered us towards professional contractors within Lichfield for our house rebuild/ refurbishment plans.
