I phoned A-Plan on the recommendation of my
daughter who was having difficulty finding suitable insurance for her modified vehicle. She found A-Plan incredibly helpful and after trying to negotiate my way through the now ridiculously complex website of my current insurer which was incredibly frustrating, I decided to contact my local A-Plan office in Yeovil, Somerset. I spoke with Adrian Patrick who was incredibly helpful. Sorted out my car insurance and managed to find me an insurer which included breakdown cover in the premium at a price less than my current insurer. All done very quickly and efficiently, so nice to deal with a human rather than constantly being told how 'easy it is to use our online service' (not)! Will definitely be going back to A-Plan for future insurance requirements.

The only thing I have to say that I kept on getting phone calls, e-mails & text message from early December but insurance was not running out until 20th. I think one call was enough as a reminder then if I wanted to change insurance I would let them know but I was going to re-use them.
