I recently had an enquiry with regards to my insurance and I would just like to say the gentleman’ who helped me with my requirement Ryan Coggins was fantastic, extremely helpful, went out of his way to help , called me back and kept me informed and updated, fantastic phone manner and although excellent at his job. A-Plan reminded me of an upcoming renewal date for my house insurance and looked for the best deal for me. These different deals were presented to me and explained fully. I feel I was dealt with in a professional but friendly manner. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Silly Accident at Home.
On the 23rd December at 19.40 my wife accidentally knocked a glass of red wine over our beige lounge carpet during a short power cut.
Unable to remove the wine I called A Plan at 09.30 on the 24th speaking to Thomas Alexander.
I gave him the details and he told me that he would call me back, within a very short time I received the call to say that I would be called by Ageas.
The call came and I briefly explained the accident and a video link to my phone allowed the lady, Sarah to see the damage and take photographs.
She then told me that I would be contacted by an inspection company, this happened again within a short time and an appointment for the 5th January was set up via Brian and all in under 2 hours.
I am doubtful that this could have been achieved with an online insurance provider.
The inspector has been and I am now waiting to be contacted by a professional carpet cleaner.

I was contacted in a timely fashion to discuss my renewal quote and we found a better deal through our conversation to suit current requirements. The policy was executed promptly, new documents received for review and helpful administrator clarified a couple of questions over the phone indicating relevant parts text in the policy to my complete satisfaction. Always very professional and helpful on the phone and very knowledgeable.
