I've used A Plan for my vehicle insurance since 2010 and they've always been courteous and efficient. I moved my home insurance to them last year and Catherine has just renewed my insurance for another year. Very quick, very efficient, a little bit of trying to sell a few extra bits, but that's 100% normal these days...

I got fed up of trying to get through to my previous insurer, the endless music, requests to dial 1 for renewals, 2 if you were a new customer etc and the threat of a £25 administration fee for talking to someone rather than carrying out the task online.
I simply walked into the Epsom branch, talked to Sam who gave me a competitive quote which I accepted there and then and left with my new policy.
All completed in a few minutes.

A-Plan always do their best to find and match comparison site prices and no matter who you speak to you always get a personal, quick, professional and friendly service.
However it is when something happens their customer service become invaluable. When some idiot drove into the car port at our previous house, making it unstable and dangerous, one phone call to A-Plan had it all sorted so we could have it quickly made safe then replaced by a workman we trusted. All done in a timely, efficient, trustworthy and fuss-free manner!
