Jemel was fantastic. I had 2 vans to insure, one was urgent and needed insuring straight away he dealt with this very efficiently and quickly. We have all our insurance needs with A-Plan. We find them very helpful and knowledgeable in all insurance aspects. They are also very happy if we get a cheaper quote from an online site to go through it to show us why its cheaper, and on the odd exception that the online quote is cheaper they are happy to match it.

The dealings I have had so far have all been positive. The staff for house and car insurance have been very helpful, even when they were unable to compete with a better offer from another broker in some cases. I believe this to be normal. They will always be my first "go to " broker.

I would say that my recent renewal experience was above average & the staff member(Mr.Nathan Smith)was polite & helpful & knowledgeable.The renewal was thorough & my phone call was answered quickly initially but then became quite long-winded but nevertheless it was thorough and nothing was skipped!!
I was quite satisfied with the level of service & want to stay with A-Plan as I believe that they will secure a reasonable quote for me at next year's renewal and would urge them to do just that and they will retain my loyal custom for the 2023 renewals.
