I had the pleasure to be advised by Jordan on my first visit to A-Plan Swindon office. He explained everything pertinent to my enquiry and I was very happy with all the information he provided. I was very unhappy with my then insurers increase in car insurance premium on the previous year so I had no qualms in wanting to change them for a different, more competitive provider.
I returned a week later after considering my options. I made an informed decision and opted to take up the new policy with staff member Gregory who finalised the details.
