I recently contacted A- Plan Insurance to get a quote for my new car, the advisor answered my call straight away, took all my details and came back quickly with the best quotes. The fact I got through to someone immediately without the tedious music, messages and where I am in a queue counted for a lot and the service was very efficient with no problems what so ever. I intend to use them for future insurance quotes. Well done A Plan.

Excellent service, worked hard to find the right deal when other brokers couldn't be bothered as it was slightly tricky to arrange an insurer who would give me an NCD having been insured via a Motor Trade Policy. Very happy. Thanks

Been with A Plan for a number of year, tried a new company, policy in force 5days,not suitable, cancelled at some cost, rang A Plan, spoke to Jade, explained situation and new policy taken out. Will auto renew next year. Also nice to be able to speak to a real person. Cheers Cumbria
