Big, big shout-out to Ryan Hawley in the Eastbourne office, and APlan in general. Our bikes have been stolen twice in the last year, and thanks to their swift response and excellent management of the claims, we’ve had replacement bikes delivered in as little as 6 days from when APlan were notified. I also have my car insurance with them, and every year they make sure they find the best and most suitable offers for me. Approachable, understanding and efficient.
