There's not a lot I can say! I phoned you to say OK go ahead and your email asking me to comment is all I know. I've had no receipt of payment nor any documents confirming policy number, validity period or details of cover. So i'm a bit in the dark.

My family have used A-Plan Insurance for car and home insurance over the years thanks to their competitive prices and helpful service.
I was offered a lower quote by another car insurance provider this time but chose to go with A-Plan purely because Roxana-Elena I. in the St Albans branch delivered excellent service going above and beyond to secure comprehensive cover for me at a good price.
I would recommend insuring with A-Plan St Albans over web-based searches for competitive prices but mainly for the great service.
