I phoned for house insurance for unoccupied property. I spoke to Amanda who was great very easy to contact. Amanda found me a great deal and I took it. I will also use them for my own house and building insurance when it's due. I found it very refreshing to get to talk to someone very easy and quickly without having to press no end of numbers and then listen to awful music!!. I would definitely recommend this company.

Many things are good about Aplan always answer the phone which is great lewis was very helpful whilst sorting out my changes in the insurance this is about the 3rd car i have insurednwith Aplan and would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

A good personal service. Nice to talk to humans. Not necessarily the cheapest. Provide breakdown and legal cover alongside motor insurance. Good to have all three policies in the same place but would be good if they recognised this level of business with some reward/discount. Have used for many years.

Usually the task of insurance renewal is a long winded teadious one, however when I dealt with Tamsin at A-Plan to insure a new vehicle I was purchasing it felt super quick and easy!
Very helpful and knowledgable, not in any way pushy and didnt feel like she was reading from a script, it was more of a conversation to get me the correct cover than the usual monotone pre-scripted question asking that you experience when renewing insurance.
