Really like the customer service. But to be honest I am incredibly disappointed at the fact my insurance has almost not gone down in 3 years. I expect my broker to be able to get me a better deal after no claims and I am not particularly impressed that they have failed. Price comparison sites showed significant savings on the same policy. I have given one more chance this coming year as I do strongly rate their service. But will be leaving if there are not significant reductions in my premium next year.
