Seemingly little recognition for loyalty, not sure premiums are actively compared or contested for best value, and a rather more mechanistic and less personal approach to clients. There should perhaps be more oversight of the claim process too on behalf of clients who ultimately pay, where ever increasing costs assessed by repairer and insurance company seem unregulated or monitored. The word cartel comes to mind but the process may need greater transparency and independent monitoring

I was recommended to use A plan by the specialist dealer where i was buying my Caterham. Being a specialist car it was great for them to pick through the options and gave a competitive quote. Jonathan Scanlan was great to work with as i made a couple of changes to the cover post initial quote and came back with answers on the impact. I was pleased that any change made no difference to the premium. Didnt feel any pressure to buy on the spot or the deal would be gone . I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

After my previous insurance company cancelled my policy when I wanted to make an alteration to my cover, A-Plan stepped up (highly recommended by the Dubbed Out Community of VW campervan owners), and provided a really high level of cover - far exceeding that of my previous policy - and completely understood all the complexities of a motorcaravan. Jack was very efficient and helpful and I can't recommend highly enough.
