February has been a month I've dreaded in the past because of car insurances, house insurance and contents insurance renewals all came together. Since 2020 the staff at A-Plan Insurance in Lichfield have looked after my renewals and the operation has been seamless and painless. They are so helpful and friendly in Lichfield and do a really great job - thank you, February isn't to be dreaded any longer!

A Plan is the best . Simply because they provide good old fashion service. The team in Solihull are fantastic. I have an A plan policy for last 3 years and I can honestly say when you phone you are answered very quickly by pleasant courteous staff. Companies need to take a leaf out of A plan's book and learn that basic fast efficient customer service will win hands down. No long waiting on the phone to be answered. I highly recommend insuring through this Company. Well done A plan
