We started using A-plan when I was looking for car insurance and over the years they have looked after me, providing excellent service, and always finding me the best deals etc. So well in fact that I decided to put my house & contents insurance over to them. They found me a great deal with Liverpool Victoria and in recent storms I had to make a claim. My 10x6 greenhouse was a total right off. I contacted A-plan Salisbury and a young lady, Niamh, handled the claim for me. It took less than 5 working days to get every thing sorted and a final cheque paid straight to me, from L.V. insurance. Thank you Niamh and other members of the team that were involved.
