After a week of stress and endless calls where I was asked to value items from curtain poles to…… to and fro I am now insured but not really the cover I had hoped for, it was not a good experience this time. I used to be with the company A plan took over.
I understand the margins are tight but even so….. and I think suggesting a customer might be acting in a fraudulent fashion is not the best use of language or insinuation !! No one was deliberately rude…. I am hoping for a better level of customer care next year .

A plan staff are really helpful, considerate and work hard to get you the best quote they can. I renewed as they had a competitive offer, and this customer service matters especially if I need to claim for any reason. I trust them to keep me rolling safely, with proper cover

Spoke to Liz today and renewed another commercial insurance with A Plan, we have a few at A Plan and its always been a pleasure. If you get to speak to Liz, ask her to breath, only joking, she went through her legal chit chat quickly for me as I needed to get out to a meeting. Liz was great to chat too, and naturally guided me through the renewal and emailed everything back just as quickly as the T's and C's.

Customer service is never perfect, but on the very infrequent occasions where A-Plan haven't got it right first time, they have second time around, with very good grace.
