We have just purchased our first motorhome, and sorting out all the nescessary aspects of owning such an expensive vehicle, are to the greater extent quite stressful to say the very least,.... We were fortunate to have made our purchase with a really great company, who during the process pointed us toward Howden's, a pointer which turned out to be so very helpful.. Sorting out my/our insurance cover was made much less stressful by the delightful & knowledgable help of Kelsey Hicks and her collegue Charlie, & we express our sincere thanks to them both..

Great customer service. I spent a long time speaking to the same advisor (Bernard) on the phone. The best part was that I was always redirected to him, so that he knew exactly the insurance details that I was after, rather than having to talk to different advisors. He was very helpful, polite and sorted out a policy which met my needs.

I contacted Howden and spoke to Malika. I am 80 and had some horrendous quotes elsewhere but Malika took time to be seek out the best quote for me and made various suggestions such as adding my partner to the policy. That made a huge difference and saved me a considerable amount of money. I bought the motor policy.
