I've been using Thomas at the High Wycombe branch for years and he has a knack of thinking outside the box to get the cheapest quote - going to great lengths to do so. He recently saved us £1200 on the next cheapest quote. Superb experience thanks Thomas

Minor hiccup initially whereby a return call had not been received in order to consider and discuss a policy renewal but Kerry in the Witney Office picked up the chaser call and dealt with it in a professional and respectful and business like manner. At the same time she conveyed a feeling of having a good understanding of the market and what was important to me. No reason to think I wont continue to be a customer in the future.

Last year it was James Lacey helping me to navigate a very difficult situation as I was in the middle of an insurance claim and my renewal was due, and my previous insurers had been bought out and were no longer offering the service. His patience and guidance at the critical 11th hour were a huge comfort and support to me as I was extremely distressed with the whole situation. This year, Laura Keirl was equally professional and patient as we discussed my renewal options and I am very satisfied with the result. I will definitely stay with this company.

I would highly recommend this company, I have had my car insured with them for many years and it's always a simple job and I have always been offered everything possible to suit my needs, no pushy sales and feel they help to get me what I want at a fair price. I have also recommended a family member to be use them for house insurance. If you do have to make a claim it is simple and quick and they are always so very helpful
